Yes. A business profile turns modules off at setup, so a shop with three people sees a till, invoices and stock rather than payroll, fixed assets and work orders. The same installation grows into a group of companies later without a migration.
Yes, fully. The interface, the printed documents and the user guides all exist in Arabic, French and English, and each person chooses their own. Arabic is laid out right to left throughout, not mirrored French.
Yes. NIF, NIS, RC, article d'imposition, fiscal regime and address are set once per company and printed on every document. Customer and supplier records carry their own identifiers, and VAT applies at 19%, 9% or exempt per line.
No. It reconciles posted VAT against the sales and supplier schedules, uses a monthly working period for the real regime and a quarterly one for the simplified regime, and raises timing differences and incomplete supplier data as exceptions. That prepares the working papers. Filing and statutory review stay with your accountant, and the screen says so.
Yes. Each company keeps its own numbering, currency, tax profile, warehouses, people and permissions. A read-only group view combines the figures, and every value can be traced back to the company that produced it.
Yes. The application builds to a standalone server and can run on your own infrastructure. The same codebase is what runs hosted, so self-hosting is not a reduced version.
The counter sale till queues sales on the device and keeps selling, then sends them when the connection returns; a recovery screen lists anything still waiting. Delivery rounds carry a printed round sheet and can be settled on return. The rest of the ERP needs a connection.
Yes. Customers, suppliers, the product catalogue, open customer and supplier balances, and valued opening stock all import from CSV, so you start from your real position rather than an empty database.
Access is granted per person and per company, with roles for owner, manager, accountant, team member and read-only. A cashier can be given the till alone; an accountant can be given the books; an investor can be given figures they cannot change.
Yes, by reversing it. Nothing posted is edited in place: an invoice is corrected by a credit note, a delivery by a reversal, a payment by a reversal. Months later the trail still explains itself, which is the point.
Optionally. Horizon213 AI answers questions about your own figures and can run built-in workflows. It is off by default and stays off until an installation enables it and supplies its own provider key, so no data leaves without that decision being made deliberately.
