Does Horizon213 do payroll, CNAS and IRG?
Yes, monthly and accounting-led. An accountant sets each employee's salary once, prepares the month, and the run computes CNAS employee and employer contributions, the seniority premium from the collective agreement, overtime at the legal uplift, days actually paid — prefilled from approved unpaid leave — and IRG on the published 2026 salary bands with its abatement. Posting records the employer cost, the social and tax liabilities, and pays the net from a treasury account in one controlled step. Every employee gets a trilingual payslip, the month produces a payroll register and a CNAS contribution recap, and a year produces the annual salary listing. Horizon213 prepares those declarations; it does not file them, and it does not split contributions into CNAS branches, because those sub-rates depend on what your company is registered under.
